MM Investment Style and Modelling

Any good resources to learn about MM style of investing, and their modelling and idea generation process?

Most of the stuff I've found on this topic has been through reading WSO and twitter posts, but was wondering if anyone had any good resources to learn, would be much appreciated :)

Obviously not sharing, that’s something you can learn for yourself…and part of the job is to dig on your own

It’s very competitive. You’re kind of competing with everyone. Why make your competition smarter? Whether they’re older / younger than you, same / different firm, I can’t think of a single rational reason to share information other than being nice…
