MM lifestyle in Asia

Hey was interested in what life is like in Asia at MMs. From the type of culture, lifestyle outside the office, hours as well. From big names shops like MLP and P72 others as well.

Some questions as well:

How hard is it to move between shops in Asia?

Does it differ in Hong Kong to Singapore and other countries?

What percentage can a PM expect to get, how much would be given to the analyst?

Any and all information is helpful.

Also curious. I can comment on mobility which on the analyst level seems to be highly fluid, maybe even more so than the US. I would actually hope someone to comment on the SG vs HK diff /debate. I guess traditionally SG is supposed to pay even less than HK (HK pay less than US already). This is mostly in regards to SM and local shops since the likes of PT72 and citadel most likely have standardized pay afaik.
