MMF Senior Analyst Base Scales - any firm bumps in 2022?
Anyone have any examples of firm-wide MMF analyst base scales getting raised across any large pod shops this year (because of inflation)?
I'm talking about firm-wide level base bumps for experienced senior analysts, not 1-off "generous" PMs.
The big MMFs have somehow maintained their similar "maximum base salary" limits for analysts for years. Meanwhile banks and tech firms are jamming bases higher.
Hearing, "firm policy on salary isn't changing" when inflation is snaking you by 10 pts frankly sucks.
