MMHF case studies
Hi guys, I just went through a 4h in person case study and debrief for experienced hire at a MMHF. It was an intense session.
How long after the case study would they reach out for next round?
Do they review the model/writeup after the debrief or they just hear you out during the debrief?
Could be a week could be a month. We’re in earnings so could be a while
Thank you! So is it fair to say it takes longer to hear back after case study round vs previous interviews with PM etc?
cause for my previous few rounds I heard back in less than 24h but now it has gone radio silence for a few working days.
The in person case study has been quite intense and short of time(without any historical financials, pdf cannot be copied over and have to manually hardcode etc) so curious to find out how I fared/feedback.
It just means it can vary. Honestly it depends on the team

hi, just wanted to update that after 3 working days I learned that I passed the 4h case (thankfully)! The feedback was I was good but PM knows I ran out of time. Next step is long form take home case study. Fingers crossed
Any tips on what's expected in a 4 hour case re. whether you're expected to have a skeleton 3 statement model with some core drivers modelled in more detail or were you able to get away with just modelling key drivers in detail and building out BS/CF line items only as required?
I imagine by the time you process everything and punch in some actuals, you'll be down 2 hours.
