The big 4 are all the same at the junior level and very PM dependent. You're looking at pod shops from an SM 2+2+2 lens which doesn't work. A pm at the eod cares more about whether you can make $ or not. focus your time on positioning yourself to working for a great PM who cares about nurturing his analysts i.e. you, not citadel vs baly vs p72 etc.

are you familiar w how the MMs are structured? Working for any of them doesn't mean you're actually working for them; you're working for a specific PM who is almost a contractor in a sense. Imperfect analogy but you get the gist.

If you're joining as an undergrad there's a clear ranking though.
