I currently work in ops at a HF with $30bn+ in AUM on the debt side. I have not been there for too long, but I know I dont want to stay in ops long term. There are other divisions that I would like to move into. I can see the internal job board when opportunities open up, but I obviously dont want my team to know that I want to make a move. Does anyone have experience/advice how to do this?
