I know all three of them relatively well, and your title probably has them ranked in order of desirability.

Da NutRoom

i assume you're a junior. can't comment on how things look for more mid/sr. analyst and the range of outcomes will naturallly be far wider. nut tree / antara both are great places to be and get active in topical situations (old news but look up antara / amc thesis. quite creative). lion point isnt that large and theyve been around a while. that's a data point. however, didric has (had?) a very good reputation. if your goal is to learn credit and maybe go to grad school, you prob get excellent learning opportunity at any of the above. needless to say, youll also work hard

still not sure about yoe so take w/ grain of salt. konw some of these people. nut tree will basically be all credit vs. the others, which i understand does more equity. not sure how that breaks down across the team though. context, i was previously at a peer shop where some just did credit or equity. at another now, where i go anywhere (within reason ;)). id prob focus on the larger 2. antara seems like a sneaky good seat if you fancy yourself a true (or aspiring) idea generator -- kinda finger in the air on that point. but again, look at the theses theyre putting out. comp likely goes up vs. your seat at either of them, just based on respective aum / trajectory

Bloomberg article on Antara out today: https://www.bloomberg.com/news/articles/2024-04-08/blackstone-backed-he…
Seems like they made some private investments that have done pretty poorly? Wasn't sure if these were true private investments or just post reorg equities they eventually marked down in 2023. Down mid teens in consecutive years while HY/LL indices were up low teens in 2023
