P72/CAP UG Program Pay Scaling

Hi everyone, curious as to how the comp (both base and bonus) scales the first few years out of undergrad for these roles. I assume it is relatively small increases until Y3/4 when you start to take on risk? Thinking like all in Y1 $225 -> Y2 $250-275 -> Y3 $300+?. Is this accurate?

Based on the most helpful WSO content, the compensation for Point72 Academy roles out of undergrad typically starts with a base of $100k and a bonus of $100k, making the total all-in compensation around $200k in the first year. While specific year-over-year scaling isn't explicitly detailed, your assumption of relatively small increases in the first couple of years, followed by a more significant jump as you take on more responsibility and risk, aligns with general industry trends. By Year 3 or 4, it's plausible for total compensation to exceed $300k, depending on performance and the level of risk undertaken.
