Hi,
I have joined last year a well known HFT firm as a junior. Since then I have created entirely on my own several strategies which have performed very well at minimum cost (no crazy microwaves link etc).
Because I wanted to join this good firm and I was fairly junior I didn't negociate my comp to be tied to my pnl, do you know what % or formula people can get in HFT / market making?
