Perks at your fund?
Haven’t seen a thread about this in relation to public equity investing. Curious what perks investors at a HF are getting. First class travel? Lunch? Dinner? Heard of a few SM manager funds who fly private. Ubers?

Yeah 2x2 is def an outlier lol - We are ~1b AUM L/S fund. Lunch / Dinner seamless credit. Ubers if you work past 7, First class travel for flights longer than 3 hrs (comfort / extra leg room seats otherwise) - hotels we can book anything under 500 / night (can be higher with approval). Well stocked fridge / pantry at the office. Ability to use our personal CC to book travel (free points). Top tier health plans (no deductible, minimal co pay, de minimus premiums paid)
my fund gives me the "opportunity" to immediately leave if i underperform

Perks at hedge funds can vary. Common ones include first-class travel, nice lunches, and sometimes even private flights for top funds. Ubers and other transport might be covered too. It really depends on the firm.
what about the pods at C/M? do these benefits also vary by pod or are they set by the firm
