Ph.D. With Exp - Career Path Advice

My case maybe special: I have worked in the financial industry for 4+ years, and working in a credit hedge fund as an research analyst now. Meanwhile, I am studying a part-time Phd degree in applied operational research(focus on alternative data analytics topics in finance). I am supposed to finish my dissertation within the next 1.5 years, but I am not that interested in the pure quant career.Any possible career path in finance that I can explore with taking advantage of my knowledge and experience?

Notes:

Degrees and work experience are all obtained in Canada, but target is to move to the U.S..

An Immigrant not a native English speaker.

Math is good but it is not good enough to compete with Olympiad players in the quant fied.
