Pick IB offer at UBS or go for BlackRock?

Hey,

I currently hold two offers from UBS IBD and BlackRock, Financial Markets Advisory for a summer internship. I could see myself going into markets most likely, perhaps even IBD. With these internships, I mainly want to explore what I really like to do. At the end of the day, I believe something like HF would most likely suit my interests, but as said, I am not sure yet, because of lack of experience. The thing is, I can only do one of those two internships. Which one would you guys recommend I do? I know BlackRock has an amazing reputation, and UBS is just tier two; however, UBS is for IBD, which might open more doors I would believe?

After this internship, I have another internship planned at a MBB, which I can combine with any of the two ones. What do you guys recommend me doing? BlackRock FMA feels a lot like consulting. Would I be limiting myself just to consulting if I did that. At the same time, UBS is just T2 as well. With BR it might be possible to get a return offer for another division.

UBS. People on this forum downplay UBS. Really great firm with fewer better places to start a career.
