Point72 interview process
I am in the interview process with Point72 HK office. I have contacted it for several months. I passed model test and PM interview, and now I am in the case study. I thought the process will come to an end but just heard that there will be several other interviews after case study.
Just wondering if anyone please share the process with me? The process is too long and it is very hard to keep patient.

For me, after the case study it was a "superday." Aka zoom interview with 6 different people with a break in the middle for lunch. This is for their US office though, but I assume you are close to the finish line!
Did you land an interview straight out of college or were you in IB before? If the latter, did you reach out to HH for the interview?
No IB exp (yet). 1-3 years out of undergrad. Got it solely from a LinkedIn drop. I'm as surprised as you lol.

From experience P72 has one of the longer more frustrating recruiting processes out there. But it is a great seat at a great firm depending on the team.
Any idea about the recruitment timeline for the Trading intern cycle in the HK office? I'm waiting on a final round interview. Has anybody else received it?

Hi, can I have an insight on the modelling test please? Is it the 45 minute one - if you can let me know what to expect I'd be very grateful!
Model test is quite straightforward. Just a 45-min excel test following the instructions with basic calculations (EPS etc.)
The real challenge is the case study.

Expect at least 8-9 rounds of interviews with BDs, PM, other investment professionals, and management team
