Hi everyone,
I landed an offer from Citadel (GQS) and QRT for a quant/quant trading position. QRT seems pretty collegial (good point) but extremely secretive.
Can anyone give feedbacks on QRT? They have crazy high returns but they are flying under the radar. Reviews on glassdoor are pretty terrible, but I also heard they are top-notch (think TGS, PDT partners, etc).
Could anyone help?

Got any sources for QRT? They’ve only been around for 4 years so idk if you can say they’re cut from the same cloth as TGS/PDT yet
I heard from a Sales friend at my firm (BB broker), he is covering them. For sure returns in the past few years have been really high and AUM grew significantly.
I don't have much information beyond that.

Any data on comp at QRT vs Citadel? Fix comp is lower at QRT but heard variable can be quite significant.

Heard from some that traders manage the show, others say traders have it terrible
QRT has 11-15B aum. They allocated some portion to outside manager. They are an ok shop. I wouldnt compare them with gqs. No where close to tgs
