Rare Earth Commodity Trading Idea - Need Expert Opinion

I spent most my time looking through OTC cobalt/nickel/manganese tickers looking for a gem thats not yet exploeded or been caught up and I have finally found one.
It has institutional interest and non african reserves with completed feasibility study , before I YOLO my savings into it I really would love a second opinion from someone who is smarter than me and manages risk in this area.
