Realistic Exit Opps

What are realistic chances at a HF for a VP at a reputable investment bank in NY? Not interested in large funds, more interested in smaller, single manager L/S funds. And how do the odds stack up against other roles (growth equity, VC, etc.).

Currently looking to exit, so any advice/suggestions are welcome. Thanks!

HANFLY, bummer your thread hasn't had a response yet. Sometimes bots are smarter than humans anyways:

really depends on what you are doing, what has been your experience? are you a VP in classic IB (M&A, capital advisory, bankruptcy, etc..) or are you a VP on the delta one vol desk, prop trading decent numbers in your back book, or are you a market maker on the corp CDS desk? These all have very different career paths.

just google it...you're welcome
