Reasonable comp for a mid-level quant?

My background: 5 years of experience building forecasting models, risk models, volume models, doing portfolio construction, etc. Nearly the full market-neutral mid-frequency equities stack with a focus on machine learning (i.e. nonparametric regression). The notable exception is transaction cost modeling (a different team handles that). I also have some experience with global futures.

I work at a place that's collaborative so it isn't possible to take full ownership of a given pnl stream. My CEO is cheap and I suspect I'm being underpaid so I'm looking for jobs to see what I'm really worth but I'm not sure what to reasonable expect.

What's your guess?
