Recent developments at Eisler capital

A quick linkedin research also reveals some very quick departures this year. Is this just the normal turnover, as expected for a MM, or does anyone know if there are deeper problems?
Apparently, the deputy CIO is very challenging to work for according to this article: Goldman Sachs MD who joined Eisler just left again 3 months later (efinancialcareers.co.uk)
