Return rates for Point72 Summer 2023
Hi monkeys, does anyone have any data regarding Point72 return rates in US this year? Heard from multiple sources that London return rates were about 60%, wanted to see if this is shared across US and APAC.
Somewhere between 0-100%
Can confirm 60% in London and 40% in APAC
Heard it was 30+% in APAC from multiple sources
80% in US

Didn’t expect APAC to be so darn low? From my understanding the APAC offices don’t even take that many interns too.
Seems low across the board tbh, previous years in London have been 75–100% etc.
I heard the structure of the internship for international offices was different from prior years tho so maybe there’s the variance
APAC intern here. They extended return offers to 3 out of 8 interns this summer.
