Salary negotiation advice - nyc

I am currently working in Financial service with 12+ years of experience in tech; Making 220k as a base and around 360k as total comp.

I am expecting to get an offer from one of the hedge fund in manhattan.

  1. What is reasonable raise for base and total comp should I ask for?

  2. I am expecting to make switch by end of July; How does the Hedge Fund approach the current year bonus? At my current place I have a gurantted bonus; Should I expect that as a sign-on bonus for the current year or wait until the end of December? Do the pro-rate bonus?

  3. What are other negotiation points I should keep in the mind?

TIA !
