Salary on Glassdoor - Reliable ?
Hey guys,
Is Glassdoor reliable for salary ? For example I look at Morgan Stanley in London and I see analysts at 56k£, Associate at 83k£ and VP at 113k£, with >100 salaries for each. Very close numbers for GS and JP. However that seems super low compared to what is written on this website. There are various posts mentioning 100k£ as starting salary at Tier1 banks.
Is WSO overestimating or Glassdoor underestimating / or a bit of both I guess?

On the real, I'm sure there is a bit of both, but I tend to trust WSO a bit more than Glassdoor and other websites.
Agree, but as paths diverge TC do also. And I feel like everyone is very secretive about their compensation.
I remember out of graduation everyone was telling how much they got, now I think I have 2 friends in the industry I can still ask
