Selling my Hedge Fund, input needed.

Hi,
I setup an Investment management firm March 2017. Setup a few brokerage accounts and got regulatory approvals and stuff.
But later decided to not pursue with the fund.
I am now looking to sell my LLC and the contact lists of investors and fund backers along with the plans for setting up the fund.
I would really appreciate inputs from experienced people.
I valued it at around $40k.

Are you not the same clown that came on this forum less than 6 months ago asking almost word-for-word the exact same thing you just asked? I'll just re-post what I posted last time: This isn't the right place - there's no selling of hedge funds here.

And you "valued it" wrong, because it's worth closer to $0. A $300 LLC formation, 30 minute consultation on legal zoom and an excel file with some names in it isn't worth $40k.
