Should I give up senior risk role at tier 2 prop trading firm

Hey, I was offered a senior risk role at a tier 2 prop trading firm in Chicago. I am thinking of rejecting the offer as I already work at an energy trading firm with similar comp and better wlb. Would I be stupid to give this offer up?

Are u a muppet that only cares about prestige? What is ur end goal? U want to be in the seat, or just want to be mediocre and play math cop on the actual risk takers?

double edged sword as "tier 2" prop boys would chew u up while u chase prestige. I would sneak in so much hidden risk on ur watch and i consider myself tier 5. Rejected from 11 prop superdays as senior. Lol
