MM seems to be the route for money to flow into given abysmal sm performance this year, but individual pod turnover is also still a big risk.
I've got offers from both for FT but not sure where to go now. Both are reputable firms with solid 3+Bn AUM but the SM is down ~40% this year I'd estimate.
