SMs - good vs. bad culture/process
There are so many SMs out there and wanted to see if folks had lists of SMs known for stronger investment cultures (not necessarily PMs/founders who are nice, but rather strong focus on process over outcome, thoughtful research, not reactive to news/friends pitches, longer term orientation, comp fairly) vs. those who are weaker (listen to other funds over their own teams, comp poorly in strong years, react to news and try to trade macro instead of focusing on differentiated insights). Know that Viking would be high up for the former but it is so hard on the outside to know what other funds/places to look for as they seem similar on outside.
