But no, it's not the next finance hub and frankly sucks to live there. Stay in NYC/SF/CH they're so much better even with the taxes. More culture, more liberal, safer for LGBTQIA2S+ and BIPOC, more diverse/less racists, the list of what's better elsewhere is endless vs living in some hot, humid, gun-infested, Trump-toting hurricane magnet.
