Partners Wanted: Starting a hedge fund running Long/Short Equity Strategy

I believe this is a once in a lifetime opportunity to start a fund from the ground floor in the public equity markets.
I am looking to start a BVI incubator hedge fund running Long/Short Equity Strategy and have a personal skin of USD$20M to commit.
I am looking for partners with capital to commit, in this case, size does not matter as long as there's a little bit of skin in the game to show commitment that we share the same goal and a "partner" that can bounce ideas around on an equal level to arrive at a consensus majority as well as eliminating key person risk "ego". However, as I am not Ken Griffin, I am looking for someone who is and has a clear vision of how to run the strategy in a value-oriented way.
Qualities: Smart, Ivy League, Ambitious yet cautious, and ready for primetime.

Well first up you may want to call someone who specializes in bird law about hedge fund marketing and solicitation regulations, sh*tposting may not meet the criteria for being an accredited investooor
