Starting Career at Top LO vs. MMHF

Hey all. In undergrad so not sure yet what type of investing style I'm most interested in long-term. Deep in processes at Citadel/P72 as well as an LO (Fido/D&C). This would be for my junior year summer. Interested in your thoughts on:

1) what will maximize learning in the short-term? Know they are different investment styles but I'm sure some skills must translate.

2) what will provide the most optionality? So if I decide I love pod-style investing or LO investing but am in the other seat, which am I more likely to be able to leave from?

3) which would you take? Keeping in mind that this particular LO is open to promoting research associates to analysts quite regularly.
