Hello, I am trying to weigh my options and trying to think long-term. Current at an LO credit shop in the HY credit group. My goal was to jump to a credit HF but been a tough job market. With my shop, we have a securitized team which is an HF. One of their Resi research associate is leaving and they asked if I would like to join the team. I want to get some opinions from people who have been in the industry longer. Will switching to Resi limit me long-term?
