Stock Market cpi trendline

Hello.  I am a financial advisor.  I am trying to find work as a technician.   I called the stock market collapse in 2008-2009 in January of 2007 using the cpi trendline that went back to the stock market crash in 1929.  I think this trendline is still in place.  I believe the stock market crash in 1929 is still in control of market technical analysis.  The website I used was called fred's intelligent bear site.  Whom ever control's the broader market, one thing is for sure they have a long term plan in place.  We are going to retest that cpi trendline so I am bearish on the market.  I am a bear.
