Superday this Monday... Any tips?

Hi all, currently recruiting for 2023 Summer, and have a super day for a value investing shop coming up.

This is my first interview of the sort, so any tips for how to have the mental endurance for such a long period of time, and any tips for last minute prep?

Thanks.

Generally speaking, the key to doing well for a super day is to present yourself as smart, capable, and more importantly relatable. Also, make sure to be concise in your answers, limiting each response to no more than 30 seconds, 45 seconds if you want to stretch it.

Being relatable doesn’t necessarily mean trying to be best friends with your interviewer, but rather the ability to have a good read on the interviewer and try to match their energy. Always find an angle to connect with the interviewer so that you as a person stands out more. If the interviewer is a hardo, then modestly ask them about their expertise/technical skills. If the interviewer is the more sociable kind, maybe ask them something about their hobbies and try to find an angle through there.
