Taula Capital (for junior role)

Can anyone tell me more about Diego Megia’s Taula Capital? I know it’s a Millenium spinoff that focuses on rates, but it’s pretty hard to find anything specific online…

What are they best at? What is their general philosophy when approaching markets? Do they do exclusively directional macro or also RV? If starting your career there, is the environment one in which you can learn fast and get good facetime with your superiors? What about the prospects of eventually making PM?

Would really appreciate any insight from someone who may know more about the firm.

Here's something to get conversation started...

Believe are different PMs working with different areas of specialization - not siloed (maybe I'm wrong?) / people can speak to one another. They do both macro & RV, but depends on the individual PM.

Some big names there obviously who have exceptional track records (and separately have been told some seniors are good at developing people but no idea if true).

Not much idea on timeline to PM/etc. However, if you are working directly for a PM, then you will get lots of direct exposure to them.
