Career Resources
Summer is in person training, followed by rotations on two investment teams, concluding with a team stock pitch competition. FT offers if successful, relatively smaller classes than P72 academy. An additional 1/2 year of training before being placed into a pod as an associate.
So summer is exact same as the academy and then FT is 6 months vs 10? Any idea on number of people for FT? Im surprised if its smaller than p72 considering Citadel is 2x as big in terms of number of employees.
Will be interesting to see how this program goes for them.
Could be wrong on the length of FT training after summer, just what I heard. And no clue on number for FT!
I believe it varies from 6-9 ish months depending on need

I'm only taking the piss, it's a great shop full of great people. This mini-black swan is just very entertaining, it happens to even the best from time to time. The advent of simplified retail trading going mobile seems to be hitting an inflection point, so it will be interesting to see how this effects hedge funds in general moving forward.

I don't think so. All slots have been filled and they are preparing for the onboarding process now.

Have a demonstrated clear story for why public markets investing vs IB/PE and technical questions are more about business intuition (what makes a good business—unit economics, moats, etc.) than specific technicals (not too heavy on the accounting/valuation questions)
