Thoughts on non-pod multi-strategy firms?
Wanted to get some information on the larger, more established multi-strats outside of the pod shops - like Farallon, Baupost, Davidson Kempner etc. What is the reputation of the l/s groups at these firms? Performance / comp / culture?
Specifically asking about long/short equity, or potentially special sits. Not distressed / credit
