Thoughts on Palestra
Anybody have a view on how the fund is performing, how they think about investing / sector coverage, and strategy? Have heard some good things anecdotally, but don't really see much about them on forums / online.
For context, I'm a current MF PE Associate at a generalist fund - no intention to move / switch to public markets yet but am currently trying to understand the lay of the land as I've been approached by HH's.

They're very solid amongst single managers. Reasonably but not overly concentrated. Solid duration.
Appreciate it - LMK if this is a silly question, but how do you think they fare against other Tiger Cubs (Tiger, Coatue, D1, etc.) when it comes to a) performance, and b) learning opps (if someone was interested in starting their own fund)

My 2c- you’ll likely have way more exposure to the 2 co-founders of Palestra than you will the founders of any of the other firms you’ve listed. If that matters to you.
