Thoughts on the Point72 experienced professional program?

Currently in PE looking to move to public equities. Theres various programs out there but specifically curious if anyone knows anything on the 9 month program at P72. My understanding is at the end you have to interview with various PMs / strategies so a job isn't guaranteed? But also if you dont secure one are you then placed on garden leave or can you re-recruit.
