Tier 1 Industry specific ER or Alliancebernstein buy side equities

Thanks for all inputs in advance! I am considering SA opps at a tier 1 industry specific er group(not at bb, arguably top 5 in one of tech, semi, hc, and consumer) or AB(buy side equities). My end game goal would be breaking into a large SM HF or mega fund PE.A note for that industry specific group: I like this industry, but haven’t set my mind to work in this sector for the next 10 years. So I’m sector agnostic in that sense.Which would be a better option? How would you describe the reputation of AB buy side? What is exit opps like?Would appreciate any insights!
