Tiger Cubs That Recruit from Undergrad

I was curious what tiger cubs recruit from undergrad. If you all know any, could you also please speak about how those cubs are perceived/considered by students weighing competing opportunities in banking?

I don't think any of them (or most HFs for that matter) run dedicated recruiting processes, but I know a couple people that talked to a few for opportunities post undergrad, whether it was for analyst roles, or as junior traders, generalists, etc. (some are small enough titles are meaningless).

The general mentality of students I know wanted to do BB banking over any sort of HF (including Tiger Cubs) for the brand name and stability... not something I'd do but when you're 22 prestige matters to some people.
