Tudor Investment Corp comp, team structure, culture, insights
CFA L2 candidate interviewing at Tudor for Software Engineer role. Any idea what the comp levels are? I work in the tech circles and no one talks about Tudor; people talk about Citadel/CitSec, Jane Street, Two Sigma, HRT, AQR, etc., but I know Tudor is a reputable fund so I'm excited about the opportunity. Anyone who works there/had worked there/know someone there have any insights into the comp, team structure, and work culture?
