UChicago Stats Masters for Hedge Funds?
Howdy. Just got accepted to UChicago's master's program in stats, and I'm wondering if anyone has any information on how (or even if) this program or a program like it is perceived in the hedge fund/ trading industries. Would I be able to get work at a quant fund out of a program like this? For reference I'm coming straight in from undergrad at a non target where I studied math and econ.

UChicago stats masters would be well regarded. Most likely you'll be able to get interviews at good quant/trading firms. Passing the interviews will be more difficult than getting them.
