Depends on what your into. Read about both of these roles. compensation looks like salary + bonus. Bonus is linked to performance inn both of these roles. I would suggest the one you cant stop thinking or talking about. Those are the positions where you will have the passion and hopefully the discipline to pull in top level bonuses.
