What to expect from 1st Round Interview with SM L/S fund?

I'm a sophomore at a target (UMich/Stern) and have a 1st round interview coming with a lowkey but known SM L/S fund coming up. The fund runs a structured interview process so its not an informal 1st round or anything. What kind of questions do you guys think I'll be asked? I'm gonna try to have a long and short pitch ready but I'm thinking it may also just be all behavioral and fit based for this round, but not sure. How should I proceed? Any advice or help is appreciated. Thanks.

Hey sorry for late response. They contacted the student-run investment fund I'm in, although cold emailing these folks could have also probably worked.

Try to think about how you'd feel if you don't prepare because "it'll just be behavioral" and then they ask you for a long and a short.

Should be pretty obvious what you need to do. Any firm/fund recruiting on campus is looking for someone 1) smart and 2) hungry, not necessarily in that order.

If you don't put in the work, someone else will, and you won't get the job.
