If you know what kind of investor you are, think about the stocks you want to own and see who are concentrated owners on Whalewisdom. You can craft your list that way.
Not to be rude, but do your own work.
I doubt anyone is going to send you a list and you can do this work yourself with a LinkedIn premium subscription and AUM websites like whalewisdom.
Nope. I worked at an alt allocator and basically got paid to find info like this. This is not public info and it's very unlikely any data provider has an exhaustive list. Heck they probably won't even categorise it in the way you want (SM Vs MM). It would probably just be by strategy.

Nah I got paid. It was half of my job at the firm.
Allocator wanted to keep tabs on entire investment universe of hedge funds, for their own investment purposes, as best they could.
