Why am I “doomed”

Ok so I get that pedigree wins almost every time. I’m going to penn state world campus ( finance track )because I’m in the military and schools around me are worse than PSU. So why is it that most people say I’m doomed in getting a role in IB or HF for that matter. Should I just suck it up and go straight into MBA after?

I’ve heard that. But they’re all from the actual smeal school not world campus but I shouldn’t dice that so quickly huh? My profs are awesome and they really do care just as much as people attending in person which is nice.

Read this forum. Read the Bschool forum. Literally any post tied to doing an MBA straight from undergrad gets filled with replies saying it's a terrible idea. You aren't screwed because of the school you go to, you are screwed because you are lazy and aren't able to take advantage of the resources right infront of you.
