Hi guys, I'm 18, just wondering if anyone on here has any tips on how to go about finding work experience in a Hedge fund? Any advice greatly appreciated ☺️

This is definitely gonna be a tricky one, since you're only 18 and I assume you have no relevant work experience.
This is a long shot, but if your parents know of anyone working in the industry (even if it's not directly at a HF but maybe at a PE firm, M&A boutique, etc) ask them to redirect you towards them.
If this isn't the case, LinkedIn is your best friend. Out of a 100 connection requests, 20 will accept you and 5 will reply to your message (if you're lucky) - but do not be discouraged. Contact professionals working at Hedge Funds in London (or in your area), introduce yourself and explain how you'd love to have a quick phone call to discover more about their career. During the phone call you can always ask if it'd be possible for you to shadow someone at the company during the summer, even if it's unpaid.

LinkedIn can seem like a very daunting place at first, but it will definitely become your best friend! A lot of people will be willing to help you out/answer your questions, as we all were in your place at some point :)
