I'm looking for some insight into working in a front office position at Citadel Investments (culture, work environment, hours, comp). I've already tried the search function, but info appears dated or not relevant to the HF side of Citadel.
I know the stereotypes, but I'd rather to speak to someone with direct knowledge instead of believing the hype.
