When I was a junior analyst, I thought working on Christmas Eve was a badge of honor. I thought checking the Bloomberg terminal at dinner proved I was "dedicated."

The Logic of Rest: The data for 2025 is in. Gold crushed it (+55%). Tech had a wild ride. The JCI in Indonesia is consolidating. Staring at the screen today won't change your PnL, but it will degrade your mental capital for 2026.
In this industry, burnout kills more careers than bad trades. Longevity is the only metric that matters.
