Agressive ETF fund portfolio

hello :)

I just received a windfall (previously mentioned here) to the tune of 430K. after school I will be left with 300k and I plan to invest 220-250k of this into a 3 fund ETF portfolio and forget about it (obviously will be contributing a sizeable portion of my salary to this a month).

For the other 50-80k, I would like to create a separate fund that is comprised of less diverse ETFs that are heavily weighted toward tech and or other industries (VGT, etc). For this fund Ill have an appetite for risk as I don't plan on selling for the next 15 years or so. What fund should I look at? do you have a similar aggressive fund? what is it comprised of?
