Alternatives to S&P Capital IQ Pro for retail investors?

Up until recently I had access to S&P Capital IQ Pro through my university and am now looking for a free or inexpensive alternatives?

Features I’m mostly interested in:
- screening tool including broker consensus
- pricing history
- downloading financials
- reviewing company information eg corporate actions, ownership breakdown, industry descriptions etc
- excel plug-in for extracting financials

Thanks in advance!
