I've had a company approach me for a potential angel investment. The company calls itself a "clinical stage biotech company," but it's really more of a traditional pharma asset play.
Business model seems very clear and proven, so the risk is purely on the technical front, though the company is pretty far along with pre-clinical ADME-Tox all set and an initial IND already in Phase 1b.
